Don’t believe them when critics of the humanities try to suggest that an English major presents some kind of missed opportunity for a lucrative future. Communicating effectively through word, image, and design is my superpower—precise and powerful communication inspires action, wins arguments, and tells the story.

A foundation in literary studies cultivated an interest in both textual analysis and synthesizing a message. Years of experience working as a professional writer, editor, and instructional designer have applied a layer of practicality to everything I write such that there is always a compelling answer to the “So what?” question.
